What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm.

Can I arrive late?

Yes, if you are arriving after 8pm, please call reception to arrange a late check in.

Do you have undercover parking?

No, however parking is available in the motel courtyard, first in first served.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, all rooms at Soldiers Motel are non-smoking; however smoking is permitted on the veranda with consideration of other guests.

Do you have a restaurant?

We do not have a restaurant; however we are located just behind Club Mudgee and are only steps away from many wonderful cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

Yes, we provide free Wi-Fi throughout our motel.

Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

Yes, we have a BBQ area which is free of charge to use.

How close are you to the shops?

We are a very short walk to Mudgee shops and boutiques and just a 2 minute walk to Woolworths.

How close are you to restaurants?

We are a 2-5 minute walk to of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Local Cuisines. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.

Do you have Foxtel?

Yes, in all rooms.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time (with the exclusion of select dates, you’ll be notified upon booking). Any cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to check in date, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged. Please note if a booking is made via a third party company, you must contact them directly for their cancellation policy, which may vary from company to company.
